About Me


I grew up in Nebraska. I am one of seven kids; I love my huge family. I graduated from the University of Nebraska in Kearney, NE with a degree in Marketing and a Music minor. I sang my way through college on vocal singing scholarships. In college, I worked with Southwestern Advantage doing door to door sales selling educational books in the New England area during my summers. I then transitioned to a manager and recruiter role post college for 3 years. I am so grateful for the principles and disciplines I learned from selling books. Southwestern Real Estate is a sister company of the book business. In 2014, I decided to move on from the book business and landed in real estate. What makes me stand out in this industry, is that same "hit the pavement" mentality and work ethic of door to door sales. The clients I work with will know that I will fight for them and I am a referral based realtor and so my hope is that every single person I work with will love the experience so much that they can't help but tell their friends about me. 


I am a licensed Realtor. I take pride in 3 main things when it comes to working with my clients:

  • Work ethic. For 5 years in my early 20's I worked for a publishing company selling books door to door, 80 hours a week. I learned the meaning of hard work, discipline, and character. I bring that same work ethic to real estate. My career in real estate is not a job but a life style. People often ask me how many hours I work or what my days look like. I usually tell them, I'm always working. You can depend on me for putting the necessary hours into finding you your dream home, or doing what it takes to sell your home. 
  • Communication. My biggest pet peeve in real estate is hearing about people who had their property listed and never heard from their Realtor again. It is very important to me that my clients are always on the same page, and are updated frequently. Some clients like to be updated every day; others like a weekly update. Either way, I make sure my clients know what's going on either through phone calls, texting, or email depending on my clients preferences.
  • Honesty. I am a Jesus loving Christian. The real estate industry often gets a bad rap for shady Realtors not having their clients best interest. I make sure that both in life and in working with my clients that my actions fall in line with my Faith. My mind set is how can I serve my client with integrity and honesty. Not only my clients, but Realtors on the other side of transactions can have confidence that they are working with an honest and trustworthy realtor.
